WHO CAN HELP
I had to travel to my sons as his 5 yr old son my grandson has been diagnosed with cancer.
I am late paying my $99 dollars premium subscription I have emailed UNA CMS direct 3 days ago asking them to take the money from my account , It is still there I have emailed again its still there no one is replying to my request, I have got an email saying my licence will expire on the 27th can anyone help please this is causing me so much stress, I only missed as I was not at home at the time but was needed for family time. Who can make this happen so I keep my licence for premium
the money has been in my business account waiting for them to take it.

All ssl are correct my messenger is just trying to connect all the time it was fine till yesterday no changes made

The SSL on the site and the server are fine. From the error logs, I see this:

Good evening I have had my site hang and it goes off for a few minutes I hope this makes sense they have changed the PHP-FPM settings a couple of times now
Ok the site hung again when a user was uploading HD pictures I asked TMD to take a look again this is the reply what are your thoughts ?
Our technicians said that you may want to review the generated processes by the website, based on them the PHP-FPM can be configured to a specific value that would prevent this from happening, we can tweak it as per your reviews. Otherwise, the service itself is fine and the total resources are not being exhausted
This is where I am . Pay to join groups the only way I can get pay to join working is if the payee can see the content of the group without paying, I f I do not allow this setting the pay to join is there when you press pay to join it says access denied private content. It is obvious that you do not want people seeing the content before paying or there is no need to pay. Second this is, when I can get the pay to join working any one can edit the group all edits not just the creator.
This is another problem that we have failed to resolve, Can anyone help with this
My site has been ready I pay premium on here and I have had it for 4 moths but these few items are stopping the launch. its getting annoying now.
Ok I am still having the same issue with sharing it gives my 403 error
I have been told by TMD hosting permissions are correct on the server but the share urls are incorrect
Does any one know where I can change them and what to ?

I have 2 membership levels below in the descriptions
No1 he can pay to join groups and post in the group
No2 the person has created this group
The problem I have is all number 2's can enter the group free without paying they can also edit the setting eg: price, content etc
Basically all number 2s should only be able to access their own group free and only them can edit it other number 2 level holders should not without paying.
I appreciate your thoughts and any ideas on this please.
