You may run this query in your UNA DB:
UPDATE `sys_objects_storage` SET `ext_deny`='mp4' WHERE `object`='bx_albums_files'
and clear the caches in Dashboard.

  Can I just change this: "{imagevideo}" to this "{image}" to only allow images?
