Thanks Chris, there has been a lot of work done here to be sure, the AI integration with Agents and Assistants in particular will be powerful addition to the UNA-verse. It is still work in progress but the bones have been integrated that will support UNA developers and community managers to fast track custom development, community support and engagement.
