Comment to 'Unable to connect to Jot'
  • Thank you for providing that link. I have looked through the various threads and came across one which said to look into the developer tools. I can see a certificate error in there so I will go back and look at the certificates.

    I tried different browsers, Chrome and Edge did not work, just keep getting 'connection' Firefox on the other hand connects with no issues, no certificate errors etc.

      You might have accepted certificate risks in the Firefox browser for some pages on the domain where Jot Server is installed. As a result, there are no errors when accessing the Jot Server URL in Firefox. You can verify this by clicking on the protection (lock) icon at the beginning of the browser's URL bar.
