Go with UNA. Dolphin actually would take more time. You literally can get UNA up and running in just a couple hours. Also like Mark P suggested they can configure it to your needs if you give them a clear cut outline on what you need as long as everything is available in mods. UNA is meant for Mobile web/phone viewing, way faster, clean, and less complicated to customize than Dolphin is. Take the jump my friend. The water is just perfect for beginners!
