Yeah, so you probably upgraded to 9.0.1 from 9.0.0 and when the modules tried to update they all failed since they are at version 10 now. So if you do the upgrade to the Beta and it is successful, the modules will try to update again and this time, it will work.

  The thing is that when you add the /beta to the upgrader.php, you get “Can’t apply upgrade because the following files were modified: inc/classes/BXDoIUpgrader.php”. It is important to note that I took a look at this file earlier and it that “beta”. Upgraded and got: Site was successfully upgraded to 9.0.1. Please go to Studio > Apps Market > Updates to check for modules updates. Seems that the upgrade actually downgraded the install and remi¥oved the “/beta” in that file.
