Comment to Phone App Notification Issues

Mobile apps supports notification which are in Notification menu (it's in Account popup) if some menu items were moved from there to Toolbar menu then notification will not be shown in mobile app, to fix it you need to enable menus with badges in Notifications menu.

@Alex T I don’t see a menu with badges option anywhere. Not under Studio nor personal profile. Perhaps you could specify exactly where this option is?

Michael Farrington , Was the changes that Alex T⚜️ talked about help you with getting mobile notifications working? It didn't help with mine. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?
