I've checked everything is okay, but not showing this block. Post to feed and Public feed have same visibility setting. Public feed is visible and Post to feed is invisible for organization profile.

On page "View Profile" of organization module, post to feed and profile feed both are visible to anyone but organization profile can't see that block in own profile.
