First of all, it needs to follow to Dashboard app. Then you will get info about what's wrong (especially in the "Server audit" area). The possible issues are highlighted with red, all of them are better to fix. But some parts like the version of the web-server or mod-rewrite module's existence may not be detected properly with PHP measures.
