Hello!
You should have the latest version of Messenger 11.0.2 and you need to enable Jitsi in Messenger settings (it is enabled by default). Also if you are trying to run test on mobile device this button will not appear in common browser and will work only in UNA Mobile App.
New update which should be available any day, allows to show this button on any device.
