Ok LeonidS that explains that, I am using a host that requires an upgrade merely to have some Apache extensions turned on. I intend to do that later since what I am working on is a demo online. On my PC I use Xampp where I can turn on everything required so I am working offline with that. I am wanting to work more offline at the moment and then upload my site later on to a host with all of the requirements.
