I only get the 8-10 pages of reCaptcha on a phone. When I do a reset from the computer it’s one and done. Here is the error page that comes up on the phone. 

This error could happen when link was already used, I suspect that you are using some email client which somehow visits all links in email (maybe for security purposes) before you click it, we'll be able to fix it in next major update:

For now, actually email with new password should be sent when password is reset, so even if some bot clicked on this link, you should receive this email anyway.
