Ok so i uninstalled the Russian language and now i'm able to create a category. It seems that there is a conflict creating a category when having more then one language enabled on the site.
This is a bit wrong, Will. I could create a new category in your site when filled both languages translation (exactly like Baloo said before). But that's nice it is resolved now :-)
