    Could you please specify what variant did you choose in the appeared list after the Mandatory option enabling? If your "Please select" variant is empty then the "Data availability" value should work.

      Thanks for your reply. I am sorry man. It was a mistake from my side. I forgot to select the 'Check for: Data Availability (something must be entered)' option.

      Now that I have set things correctly, the mandatory setting is working as it should.
