I managed to hide it for not showing to unauthenticated/un-confirmed users but from:

/studio/builder_menu.php?page=items&module=system&set=sys_site

and I change for every Icon (link) from visible to Anyone to just other then Unautheticated/Unconfirmed....

But I stil wonder is there a settings somewhere from within Artificer/Protean/Lucid design or somewhere else?
