i hear ya dude sounds like a great hosting provider fast comet are also just as helpful they will help with anything need be they have 5-6 dif departments for support tickets from cpanel help to softaculous scripts they also have 24-7 support i got help at 5 pm uk time at one point and at 3 in the morning at another time both times i got a support adviser within 15-30 mins and the problem both times was fixed within the hour
