Okay, but I don't see how a user would navigate to that page. The obvious methods deliver me to the [view-channel-profile] page. But that appears to be a different view from the page you show. What is the URL for yours? This is the navigation I'm experiencing:

/channels-home/ > [user clicks a channel] > /view-channel-profile/[channelName]

And here's what it looks like - notice there are none of the actions you have shown.
