id did not update the modules yet.
i normally update the site first then the modules.
i updated the site and got three mails updated to 11.0.4, then updated to 12.0.0, then updated to 12.0.1 all a few minutes apart.
i can not upgrade the modules via studio-->apps Market-->Updates.
i have these updates but i get download failed on all but the Timeline when i try to update
when i try to update the timeline i get an sql error

Then you may try to change the collation of your UNA tables from utf8mb4_general_ci to
utf8mb4_unicode_ci and try to update modules again.

Hi, i changed the collation of the tables to utf8mb4_unicode_ci
after that i was abled to update the timeline but then i got php error on every page.
i restored a backup from before the update to be able to get the site back online.
what i notice is that when i make a change in the settings or when i update a module i have to flush the dynamic cache for the update or setting to be shown in the studio.
also when i now try the update again i het an error that to many files were modified.
even when i force the update ignoring modified files.
