Thank you for the report, but for now it works like this, as the result not all pages and blocks can be cached properly. When block has additional css/js files - then after caching it could be some issues, since cache is storing just content of the block/page, but block/page can't work properly without required js/css files. 

For now it's impossible to store js/css files in cache, a lot of work is required to make it work better - https://github.com/unaio/una/issues/2572
