Hello!

Problem is in bx_messenger_unread_jots table. It may occur when member's info has been removed in wrong way. It should not occur in latest Messenger version.

So, to fix the problem you need to remove record in bx_messenger_unread_jots where user_id is profile id of the member with the bubble problem.
