Just curious, if you re-enable those 2 again and try going into Designer and click Preview next to Lucid and Decorous, does that give a 502 Error also? This will help rule out whether the issue is with the template switcher or not. 

I assume you have already went into Studio > Dashboard > and cleared the cache from there right?.
