Hi, you can add, remove, disable or enable the blocks on each page. You can change the layout as well. :)

  Basically, I want to give certain features to some users that everyone can see. For instance, on some peoples profiles I want them to have extra menu links that everyone can see.
  
  I know how to give everyone the extra links, or give everyone extra links but only have them visible to some. I don't know how to give only some people extra profile links though...
