Baloo meant (thnx, mate!) that you need to go to Studio->Pages area, choose the necessary module in the modules set (for example - system, if you need to work with Homepage) then select the page where you want to see these blocks and activate blocks "Create Post (Public)" and "Public Feed (Timeline)" .
