Hi guys, I've moved on in the meantime, I know some of our requests probably has a low severity and don't need immediate attention, or it could be that everyone reading it hope that someone else will Respond. Please note that we a number of unanswered request...maybe even though free, we should build in escalations without sla's, just to clean up. Thanks
