Be constructive and rather hide the entire page to visitors... otherwise it is visible hence do you apply restriction to block content. Or hide the block to visitors... for the content could have been assigned to a certain visibility during creation.

  The problem is, that when a photo is posted in the "Photo" app and users do not use the app in context, and set the privacy setting, when looking at a user's profile timeline, you will find all these messages...
