Hello. It's the default behaviour for all browsings in UNA. Public browsing pages like home/popular/top/etc show only public content. If you change Visibility to anything else except Public the content is treated as content with limited visibility (not public). Such content can be seen on author profile -> content subpages only and if a viewer meets visibility requirements.
