Where can I find log for these updates ? Are available in UNA Studio ? or in filesystem?
I would suggest to try to check if there is good connectivity between your server and una.io, since some modules were update and some weren't.

I found an option in "Updates" but is empty
It looks like all modules were successfully updated.
