It was previously available in the apps but I seem to recall the Pull to Refresh feature was massively breaking the Android app and it was pulled out in a bug release and I don't believe it's ever been back.
Perhaps then there must be a way to fix it, instead of pulling it out forever. It's very essential to have to privilege
