In my country a lawyer is currently sending letters to companies using Google Fonts on their webites, as G Fonts sends IP-Addresses back to America, which is against GDPR law. That lawyer is making a lot of money right now, because some Wordpress plug-ins call G Fonts and the site owner doesn't even know.
