@Umesh D How did you solve the problem? I think my site needs a re-install. I made a blunder by installing module from github, and after consulting with una, I had to remove them. Anyway, I accidently removed groups from the directory, and it was never properly deactivated to be deleted from studio, in other words I broke the sequence it was suppose to be deleted. The groups module icon, still shows with a status installed in downloads(App Store), but I have no groups in studio.

This is but one of the stories... meaning, others error are also reported in my logs as result of getting rid the github module, the raw way.

I am on the brink of a breakthrough and this happens now. I've got registered users as well as data.

@LeonidS do we data export features or a tool that can help ease the process? Almost re-installing UNA, never mind customization, and data import afterwards.
