Ah! But if I use the RESTORE ALL button in upper right, I have success! I got a spinning process icon for about 4 seconds, and it returned with a message saying it could not restore all languages. But it did fix my problem.

Then, out of curiosity, I used the RESTORE ALL button again, it took about 4 seconds to process again, and this time it returned a success message.
