The Cron Job that was required to be set up does work. Remote transcoder option is disabled, memory limit is 512 mgs. Uploading videos is fine on the feeds and everywhere else. Just the Create Video page has the conversion issue remaining. Perhaps I screwed up with the video pages someway, but the same result on different templates. Will check into that. Thanks Leonid.
