Comment to Create video page fails in video conversion yet Post & Forum pages do convert videos..

Still dont have this one create video page doing what it needs to. Everywhere else the video conversion proceeds properly. Just the Profile (or Org profile) ADD Video pages. - Its not a template issue, cron, etc - so if it needs to check "right on the place" individually. how do I detective that out?
