By clicking it yuo will see name of changed file(s) like modules/boonex/albums/install/sql/enable.sql
and listing of this file, where red lines mean "old" version, "green lines" - "new".
So for manual fix you need to find all changed files, then apply all "green" changes. If this is sql files then you need to change touched code in your current databse via phpMyAdmin section. But it better to do if you have experience to work with SQL and FTP deals. In other cases better wait correct upgrade pack :-)
NB - before any changes in working site backup files / tables which you want to change.
