It can be difficult at times, but like riding a bike...once you get the hang of it, it's really not too hard. Occasionally you will fall off and may need some help getting back up, but there is usually someone there to help... sometimes you might have to wait for someone to come along, but the eventually always get there.

Hi Scotti - I am a bit late to this topic. I find that with todays instant gratification younger crowd who has the attention span of a nat - they won't try to figure it out. They will just leave and run back to FB, Twitter, Insta, Snap etc... I think UNA needs to spend lots of time on the usability of the system. Make it more intuitive and engaging.
