1) OK thats sad since when you dont see it you dont get an notification when someone request a relationship

2) I activated that. But now how can i set a position. The wierd thing is it i need to add the positions like where brother, father, mother is? That wouldnt be how something like this should work. Or am i missing something. I searched also my profile for something. Would be nice if you say you work there in the profile info as for example Manager.

So also people see like on FB, LinkedIn etc. where you are working and in which position.
