Due to the introducing of the new "United post content form" (see details here https://una.io/page/view-post?id=148) we've disabled the picture files in Posts form. But you may back it in Studio->Forms area. Choose there the "Posts" module, then "Add Post" form. In this form you need to enable the field "Picture".
