Hi Will, while we would like to use the UNA chat App the development cycle appears to be really slow and its missing functionality like basic message forwarding and the ability to easily integrate Jitsi  without Jitsi popping up notifications in the mobile app to encourage users to use their app. 

We are currently investigating Amazon Chime and as much as I do not like promoting anything Amazon it looks like it has all the features we need and more, as well as a react-native plugin. https://github.com/aws-samples/amazon-chime-react-native-demo 

I looked at that Amazon app and I don't think it's attractive, but then again, it's my opinion, thanks for the recommendation.
