Hi everyone. After a fresh install and checking every module one by one, I found that the notification module was the cause of the error when creating a new user or  create profile. I disabled the module and the create user and create profile worked properly. I went to the installation that had the original problem and deactivated the Notification module and that worked as well, so it is definitely the Notification module causing the problem. UNA team please see if you can resole that issue and when you do I will reinstall the Notification module. Thank you!!!
