i am sorry, you came in this situation. adultdate ist not a unknown person. i had a big dispute last year with una, because there was a problem with an app from adultdate.
the end of this story was, that a other person leave una, becuase he made also bad experience with this vendor. i reported the app, but the una team reacted too late and thus the person was in the same situation like me.
after this, the app was removed, but not the vendor. a little time later, the vendor (adultdate) wrote to the public forum and personal messages and apologized for all unpleasantries.
i replied to them, but got no more answer, i also tried to conatct the vendor at paypal, but no response, so i sarted a dispute and got my money back. i recommend to you, also start a dispute at paypal.
i do not know, whats wrong with this vendor, the products are not so bad, but there is no support. actual you can get some languages apps for free, that is very nice. it is sad, why there are again problems with this vendor.
una cannot help you to get your money back, i learned this by my own, but hopefully, they make some action now...

Right, so this is apparently a known issue? I've been unable to reach Una support on either twitter or through their contact form, so I'm now hoping that stripe can help me resolve this issue.
Would this mean that the una messenger would be impossible to acquire as well, or is this limited to thirdparty vendors? Is there even an active support on this website, or are we on our own basically?
