Right, so this is apparently a known issue? I've been unable to reach Una support on either twitter or through their contact form, so I'm now hoping that stripe can help me resolve this issue.
Would this mean that the una messenger would be impossible to acquire as well, or is this limited to thirdparty vendors? Is there even an active support on this website, or are we on our own basically?
