If you already translated other words than i may suggest that you know how to work with languages in UNA. So your problem now is in that this message wasn't translated? So possible reasons may the following - you didn't translate exactly this message in place where you need. Because this message meets in system and groups, organization and etc modules - need to translate all similar keys in site.
