In mentioned link i didn't see "add friend" words, but for example in this page

i could notice that "Add friend" button has translation into Italian. So seems you made it right :-)
About creation of new language key - you need to login as Operator to UNA studio -> Polyglot System App -> then to Keys area. In new press the button "Create new key". In appeared popup set there key in format like _some_word and set the translation for all available languages. Then this key may be used in PHP / JS code as _t('_some_word'). All places where this code will appear users will see correct translation according the choosen language.

Hi thanks, yes in link that you are write is amici and not friend, but if you go on this link http://fanzone.it/page/persons-home you can see that there is "Add friend" and not "Aggiungi amico". Ok you can explain how create new key? i have not understand, thanks

What i must write " at _some_word " to translate "Add friend"? I have analyze the "Add friend" button that i want tanslate and is this: <button class="bx-btn bx-btn-small" onclick="bx_conn_action(this, 'sys_profiles_friends', 'add', '514')">Add friend</button>.
