Hello!

Not the all talks may show viewers. In Studio->Messenger->Settings you may find option - "Allow to show messages' views for Talks which contain maximum defined number of participants". This option allows to exclude talks with big number of participants and don't show viewers for them. So, you can increase value for the option and then viewers should be visible.
