Messenger - why some messages shows images of members and others not?
I have Shoutboxes in two sites. Both are for groups. One of them shows images of members after the messages (Fig.1 below) while the other doesn't, although I know members already viewed these messages and click on them (Fig.2).
So, why does this happen and what does showing members images below messages mean? why showing in some messengers and not the others? anything need to be fixed?

Not the all talks may show viewers. In Studio->Messenger->Settings you may find option - "Allow to show messages' views for Talks which contain maximum defined number of participants". This option allows to exclude talks with big number of participants and don't show viewers for them. So, you can increase value for the option and then viewers should be visible.
