When the Affiliates module did not work and we were asked to pay AQB Soft to fix their own bugs in a module we did not really want as we had requested some of the features to be developed for our required module, I requested a refund, which was ignored 5 times. 

We never ask to pay for the bugs and fixing them for free. Under the bugs you mean the list of your desires and I told that we can not include them to the module right now, because we already have the list of the features for the nearest update. I've told you that we can perform them as custom modification - it is not free OR we can include them to the one of the next updates and in this case you just need to wait. 

AQB Soft eventually promised to fix the module before then end of April. When that did not happen I asked for a refund again and asked why they had ignored all my previous requests, at this point they got nasty. 

It is not truth again. You found a couple of problems and I asked to check them on your site because we can not reproduce them locally, but you didn't not answer on that and continued to send us description for modifications. I assume you just want us to add your modifications to make module to work as you need. You have asked for refund 29 April in the end of the day by my time and I answerd to you at 30 April and made the refund. We never have delays with that.

I mentioned on screen above in first time that you should remove the module after refund. In all your screenshorts you hide you domain by some reason and I didn't know it.

They eventually passed the refund after I threatened to get PayPal to do the reversal, but not before they told me they had logged into my site to see if the module was still in use on 2 urls...  No matter how many times we explained that their module was unusable, it made no difference at all.

In our conversations there is big list of your desiers and a couple of bugs (I meantioned about them above, we can not reproduce them). You just want us to modify the module for your needs and to make it for free and fast.

This module is so full of bugs that when we deactivated it we could not delete it with their own delete button, when we tried the activate, deactivate trick to get the module's delete function to work we could not activate it again. 

After refund, I have found out that module is installed on two of your domains and you continue to use it. I've asked you to remove the module from the sites several times during several days, but you continue to answer me that you have no it. I told that I must report about that, because it is contrary to UNA privacy, but you contionued laughing. 

In my last request I have created small tutorial about how to remove the module, because thought that you don't know how to uninstall. This is your last answer:

Several our clients already have this module and we solve any problems if they are exist. I don't know where and how you are using it right now and I can not be responsible for that.
