According to what you have written to me via messenger on this topic I would like to suggest the following as an improvement in the timelines for a future version of UNA (public activity feed for example):

The notification to which I refer is like the one that shows the Linkedin feed, where it says "New publications". That the user does not have to reload the page to know that there are new contents published (see attach file).
