  • Leonid, 2FA doesn't work on my website. I have done everything to the best of my knowledge but nothing works. I once complained about this to you right and you told me to wait for UNA 11

      First of all, you need to check the content of logs/Twilio.log file. Then you need to check the meaning of the trouble in Twilio errors list.

      For example, from the recently known trouble, we found:

      1) logs/Twilio.log has the message 

      "Unable to create record: The From phone number [phone number] is not a valid, SMS-capable inbound phone number or short code for your account."

      2) this Twilio error was linked with this one
