Hello Rocco !
From my side, I could see the profile cover on the mobile device in the Lucid template (Android v10, latest Chrome browser). What OS and browser do you use?

  I use Safari and Chrome Firefox now in different os android and ios. Background-image appear for few second on mobile browser and disappear in organisation profile, user profile and group view.
