Well, Dolphin hasn't custom privacy lists. So how do you see this lists in first close? Note that list of users in privacy will increase load of DB due to increased number of queries to the Database.

Hi:) Dolphin has custom privacy group. Every user can create a new group of privacy ( there is dedicated option) and add names of other users.
At least it so on my site on D7
